छात्रा के हाथों और सिर पर हुए गंभीर चोटों के निशान को देख लोगों में भारी आक्रोश था। लोग आरोपी को पुलिस से उन्हें सौंपने की मांग कर रहे थे। इसकी सूचना पुलिस को दी गई। पुलिस ने मौके पर आकर आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया। आरोपी युवक सुमित कुमार निवासी नगरोटा बगवां (Nagrota Bagwan) को पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। अभी तक हमले का पता नहीं लग सका है कि आरोपी ने हमला क्यों किया है।

ताजा बर्फबारी व बारिश के बाद लाहौल-स्पीति में मुश्किलें अभी बरकरार हैं। प्रदेश में बंद चल रहे 3 एन.एच. और 114 सड़कों में से अकेले लाहौल-स्पीति में 2 एन.एच. और 109 सड़कें बंद हैं, जबकि 114 बिजली के बंद चल रहे ट्रांसफार्मरों में से स्पीति डिवीजन में 102 और लाहौल डिवीजन में 10 ट्रांसफार्मर ठप्प चले हुए हैं। कुल्लू जिले में 1 एन.एच. व 3 सड़कें बंद हैं, जबकि कांगड़ा व चम्बा में 1-1 सड़क बंद चल रही है।

पुलिस को दिए बयान में अमरेंद्र कुमार निवासी गांव कनौण डाकघर धौण कोठी तहसील सदर ने बताया कि यह घर से अपने ट्रक को लेकर खन्ना जा रहा था। यह देलग में नाले के पास अपने ट्रक को खड़ा कर साफ कर रहा था। उसी समय कंदरौर की ओर से एक तेज रफ्तार कार आई और मोड़ से नीचे 50 मीटर खाई में गिर गई।

कार में दो पुरुष और दो महिलाएं सवार थी। इन चारों को उपचार के लिए क्षेत्रीय अस्पताल बिलासपुर ले जाया गया। जहां पर चिकित्सकों ने बुजुर्ग दंपती को मृत घोषित कर दिया। वहीं घायल दंपती का इलाज चल रहा है।

दुर्घटना में मृतक की पहचान बलकार सिंह (32) के रूप में हुई है। जानकारी के मुताबिक यह दुर्घटना सोमवार रात्रि डेढ़ बजे के करीब हुई, जब पंजाब के नवांशहर (Nawanshahr Punjab) के श्रद्धालु बाबा बालक नाथ मंदिर (Baba Balak Nath temple) से माथा टेककर लौट रहे थे कि हरीनगर में पहुंचने पर हादसे का शिकार हो गए।

दुर्घटना के बाद टिप्पर चालक रोहित कुमार (21) पुत्र स्वर्गीय अजय कुमार निवासी गांव घरती डाकघर रोल्पा जिला पियूथन राप्ती आंचल नेपाल टिप्पर लेकर भाग गया। वहीं हादसे में बुरी तरह घायल अरविंद को उसके चाचा राजेश शर्मा अस्पताल ले गए जहां उसने दम तोड़ दिया।

DSP Theog Siddharth Sharma ने बताया कि पुलिस ने विभिन्न धाराओं के तहत मामला दर्ज कर आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है और दुर्घटना में शामिल टिप्पर को भी जब्त कर लिया है।

सरिया के दाम अब 6500 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल हो गए हैं। भवन व अन्य निर्माण करने वाले लोगों का बजट पूरी तरह बिगड़ गया है। इससे पहले सरिया के दाम 5700 से 6000 हजार रुपये प्रति क्विंटल थे। अब दो दिन के भीतर ही सरिया के दाम 6200 से 6500 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल हो गए हैं।

दधोल में सरिया विक्रेता कृष्ण लाल एंड कंपनी के संचालक पवन बरूर ने बताया कि सरिया के दामों में बढ़ोतरी हुई है। वहीं ईंट, रेत, बजरी के दाम पहले ही आसमान छू रहे हैं। बढ़िया क्वालिटी की ईंट का दाम 10 रुपये प्रति ईंट तक हो गया है।
