पुलिस ने मौके पर पहुंच कर जांच की तो एक युवक ने मौके पर ही दम तोड़ दिया था जबकि दूसरे युवक की अस्पताल ले जाते समय मौत हो गई। मृतकों की पहचान प्रियांशु किमटा (Priyanshu Kimta) पुत्र भूपिंद्र किमटा निवासी चंबी ननहार और ऋतिक डमाल (Hrithik Damal) पुत्र बैबी डमाल निवासी बमटा के रूप में हुई है।

जानकारी के अनुसार दोनों की उम्र करीब 23 साल बताई जा रही है। ASP Shimla Sunil Negi ने बताया कि पुलिस ने शवों का पोस्टमार्टम करवाकर परिजनों को सौंप दिए हैं और पुलिस हादसे के कारणों की जांच में जुट गई है।

नए साल में HRTC प्रदेश भर के कॉलेज विद्यार्थियों को नई सुविधा प्रदान करेगा। इस व्यवस्था के तहत, अब कॉलेज के छात्रों के लिए ऑनलाइन पास बनाए जा रहे हैं और उन्हें पास पाने के लिए बस स्टॉप पर लंबी कतारों में खड़ा नहीं होना पड़ेगा। इसके लिए HRTC प्रबंधन ने सॉफ्टवेयर तैयार किया है. कॉलेज के छात्र जल्द ही HRTC की वेबसाइट पर इस सॉफ्टवेयर फीचर का उपयोग कर सकेंगे।

आपको बता दे की निगम अधिकारियों से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार शिमला में पहले चरण में यह सुविधा शुरू होगी। इसके बाद यह सुविधा प्रदेश भर में लागू होगी जिससे प्रदेश के लाखों काॅलेज विद्यार्थियों को राहत मिलेगी। निगम प्रबंधन की इस पहल के तहत काॅलेज के छात्र-छात्राएं बस पास बनाने के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकेंगे। आवेदन करने के साथ-साथ विद्यार्थी ऑनलाइन ही निर्धारित किराए का भी भुगतान कर सकेंगे।

HRTC बस पास बनाने के लिए वैबसाइट पर लिंक होगा उपलब्ध

एचआरटीसी की वैबसाइट पर उपलब्ध ऑनलाइन पास लिंक पर आवेदन करने के बाद आवेदनकर्त्ता का फॉर्म सीधे काॅलेज प्रधानाचार्य तक पहुंच जाएगा। वहीं प्रधानाचार्य काॅलेज द्वारा वैरीफाई करने के बाद या फॉर्म संबंधित क्षेत्रीय प्रबंधक के पास पहुंच जाएगा। क्षेत्रीय प्रबंधक द्वारा औपचारिकताओं को पूरा करने के बाद संबंधित विद्यार्थी को एसएमएस के माध्यम से पास जारी कर दिया जाएगा।

सुविधा से काॅलेज विद्यार्थियों का समय नहीं होगा बर्बाद

निगम की इस पहल से काॅलेज विद्यार्थियों का पास बनाने के लिए समय बबार्द नहीं होगा। एक बार ऑनलाइन फॉर्म भरने के बाद पूरी प्रकिया अपने आप हो जाएगी और पास बनकर आ जाएगा। वहीं निगम प्रबंधन काऊंटर पर तैनात कर्मचारियों को निगम के अन्य कार्य में भी लगा सकेगा जिससे निगम के अन्य कार्यों में भी तेजी आएगी। वहीं इस प्रकिया से निगम पेपरलैस भी होगा।

दिवाली के पर्ब पर हिमाचल के लोग जो बाहर रहते हैं यानी कि बाहरी राज्यों में जो घर आना चाहते हैं उनके लिए खुशखबरी की खबर है दिवाली के शुभ अवसर पर बाहरी राज्यों में घर आने वाले हिमाचलियों के लिए एचआरटीसी दिवाली से पहले यानी 10 और 11 नवम्बर (10th and 11th November) को दिल्ली, चंडीगढ़ और बद्दी से 173 स्पैशल बसें (HRTC 173 special buses from Delhi, Chandigarh and Baddi) चलाएगा। इसके लिए निगम प्रबंधन ने पूरी तैयारी कर ली है। ये बसें, दिल्ली, चंडीगढ़ और बद्दी से प्रदेश के अलग-अलग क्षेत्रों के लिए चलेंगी। इस संदर्भ में एचआरटीसी प्रबंधन की ओर से बसों की संख्या निर्धारित कर दी गई है।

हालांकि बाद में यात्रियों की संख्या के हिसाब से बसों की संख्या को भी बढ़ाया जा सकता है। निगम प्रबंधन ने अतिरिक्त बसों के संचालन के लिए सभी डीडीएम और आरएम को निर्देश जारी कर दिए हैं। एचआरटीसी प्रबंधन की ओर से जारी आदेशों में कहा गया है कि सभी आरएम दिल्ली, चंडीगढ़ और बद्दी के अड्डा इंचार्ज के साथ संपर्क में रहेंगे ताकि अतिरिक्त बसों की जरूरत पड़ने पर अतिरिक्त बसें मुहैया करवाई जा सकें।

दिवाली के बाद यात्रियों को उनके कार्यस्थल पर छोड़ने के भी निर्देश

निगम प्रबंधन द्वारा दिवाली के बाद यात्रियों को उनके कार्यस्थल पर छोड़ने के लिए भी बसों का प्रबंध करने के आदेश जारी कर दिए गए हैं। सभी आरएम यात्रियों को इस संदर्भ में जागरूक करने के लिए बस स्टैंड, एन्क्वायरी काऊंटर और बुकिंग ऑफिसिज में टैलीफोन नंबर भी दर्शाएंगे ताकि यात्री किसी भी प्रकार की जानकारी के लिए संपर्क कर सकें।

हादसे में दो लोगों की मौत हो गई और छह घायल हुए हैं। एचआरटीसी की बस (HRTC bus) नरोगी में सवारियां छोड़ने के बाद वापस आ रही थी, इसलिए कम लोग ही हादसे की चपेट में आए।

अन्यथा हादसे में घायल होने और मृतकों की संख्या अधिक हो सकती थी। भुंतर से 4:15 बजे निकली एचआरटीसी की बस (HRTC bus that left Bhuntar) पहले नरोगी तक पहुंची। जब यह वापस लौट रही थी तो कुटलू रूआड़ नामक जगह पर मोड़ पर अनियंत्रित हो गई।

इससे पहले कि चालक बस को संभाल पाता वह ढांक से नीचे की तरफ गिर गई। हादसे का पता चलते ही आसपास गांव के लोग मौके पर पहुंचे और घायलों को सड़क तक निकाला।

यहां से घायलों को एंबुलेंस की मदद से उपचार के लिए क्षेत्रीय अस्पताल भेजा गया, जहां पर उनका उपचार चल रहा है। सूचना के बाद मुख्य संसदीय सचिव सुंदर सिंह ठाकुर प्रशासन के अधिकारियों के साथ घटनास्थल पर पहुंचे और घायलों के परिजनों, लोगों से बातचीत की।

घायलों की पहचान दीप कुमार, शीतल, नीरज, ज्ञान चंद, दिनेश कुमार, शुभम, अजय कुमार, बलविंदर सिंह के रूप में हुई है। प्राथमिक उपचार के बाद पांच घायलों को मेडिकल कॉलेज हमीरपुर (Medical College, Hamirpur) रेफर कर दिया गया। भोटा पुलिस (Bhota police) ने मौके पर पहुंचकर छानबीन शुरू कर दी है।
